DESCRIPTION:The Municipal Gallery’s guest program presents graphic artist Vladimir Landkoff.\nThe project features the artist’s graphic fantasies in the form of models and diagrams of various artistic spaces.\nThe main visual element is a white sheet of paper.\nAll spatial drawings have a loose\, sketch-like character\, emphasizing their model-like\, schematic\, and generalized nature.\nThe linearly interpreted space incorporates the artist’s ideas about the physical features of the urban environment (houses\, streets\, parks)\, as well as symbolic representations of this space.\nThe symbolic drawings\, suggested by the artist’s imagination and subconscious\, respond freely to their time and reflect the style of their era. They are devoid of detail and executed spontaneously and in a generalized manner.\nThese are either references to famous artists of classical modernism (Calder\, Léger)\, certain figures inspired\, for example\, by Jugendstil\, or simply architectural and spatial objects bearing certain signs of their time.\nThese graphic images form individual spaces\, each of which…
