SUMMARY:SCHOOL OF MEDIATORS WITH THE BIENNALE OF YOUNG ART: OPEN ENROLLMENT
DESCRIPTION:Do you want to acquire an interesting modern profession\, to learn to better understand and talk about modern art? – \nWe are inviting you to apply to the School of Mediators with the Biennale of Young Art. \nParticipation in the studies at the School is free thanks to the support of the HBCE Grant Program. \nApplications can be submitted until February 25 at the link: http://bit.ly/2SomIoW \nClasses start on March 16. \nGraduates of the School will have an internship in the exhibition spaces during the Biennale\, which the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine has already named one of the three most anticipated cultural events this year:  \nhttps://zn.ua/CULTURE/minkult-nazval-znakovye-sobytiya-2019-goda-307064_ .html \nMediators in the gallery are a kind of intermediaries between the works and the viewer. They conduct tours and quests\, help audiences learn more about artists and their work\, and participate in interactive projects. \nA mediator is not a strict museum supervisor whose job is only to see the order is observed\, not to help the viewer\, but a living person to whom a visitor is free to turn and ask any questions about the author\, their work and the exhibition in general. Such communication is free and informal and it helps the viewer to better navigate what is happening. \nWe expect firstly students and graduates of art and cultural colleges\, but there are no strict age or professional restrictions.
