The exhibition features multimedia collages: rhymed images combined within a single composition and printed on wood and textile.

The artist explores the synthesis of flat forms across a variety of materials and environmental conditions, while the exhibition itself experiments with optics.

From the concept:

Photography has a unique ability to remain itself under any artistic circumstances. It coexists with painting, graphics, and installation; it can appear in the form of tapestry and within sculptural representation. In practically all of these cases, photography maintains its own territory, and its visual voice always remains noticeable – even in contexts where visuality speaks on behalf of another or alternative art form. This ability to survive as a medium is a guarantee of the autonomy of photographic practices, as well as a major challenge for artists who, in one way or another, turn to photography as a correlate of their own artistic language.

This exhibition is about the synergy of photography, wood, and fabric. About what can happen to forms, meanings, and images when their environments change.

It is also about how each individual form, meaning, or image seeks to lose something in order to attain an elusive yet vitally important sense of wholeness.

It is also about people, cities, and trees. When they come together, visuality becomes anatomically different.

Finally, the fact that photography is incapable of remaining silent becomes an interesting experiment for the viewer, who has every right to speak on its behalf.
