Freaklectics — what is it?… Free-clectics: free eclecticism (a mixture of different styles), an artificial combination of incompatible things that could not and cannot come together in the wild nature of visual art?… Or is it Freak-lectics… a means of transferring, disseminating, and spreading freakiness?

Freakiness refers to extravagant, unconventional behavior or activity with an unusual appearance and provocative expression. It often involves rejecting or disregarding social norms and stereotypes, and refusing to recognize established canons. A disregard for the traditional organization of subject matter and composition (in our case). It is a balancing act on the boundary between aesthetics and anti-aesthetics, a fine line: beautiful — not beautiful, like — dislike, know — don’t know…
