From April 11, 2023, to April 14, 2023, the presentation of the CityX art project took place at the NFT panel discussion in NYC titled “City Between Material and Immaterial through NFT.” The official speaker from the CityX team was the founder of the CityX NFT Art Project, Asya Nikolaeva. During the same period, there were exhibition parallel programs and various sections of roundtable discussions.

The event attracted a large number of participants and visitors from all over the world, representing an absolutely international audience. Viewers were present throughout all the working days, with a continuous flow from morning till evening.

 

All panels and roundtable discussions were held with a large number of interested listeners.

From April 15, 2023, to April 16, 2023, the “Wonder Fair” festival took place in NYC, Soho, at the “Ideal Glass” gallery. It was an international exhibition showcasing NFT and analog artworks.

 

Wonder Fair had a completely different format, atmosphere, and slightly different audience. It was a typical arts event, a multimedia festival in the heart of bohemian New York, in the Soho district, known for its galleries worldwide.

 

Here, NFT art coexisted with more traditional genres and art forms such as painting, sculpture, photography, objects, installations, and land art. There were also hybrid artworks where acrylic painting, for example, was combined with special effects and projections from a multimedia projector.

 

The participants came from a wide range of locations: in addition to American artists, there were artists from Mexico, Romania, and our Ukrainian artists.

 

The exhibition was also accompanied by a large parallel program including lectures, artist and curatorial talks, literary readings, concerts, and DJ sets. The organizers ensured a large audience of viewers and created a festive and celebratory atmosphere for the festival.

 

Zaytsi CityX brought a lot of smiles, positive emotions from the audience, and praise from professionals. Our presentation (speakers: Asya Nikolaieva and Tetiana Tumasyan, founders of the CityX NFT Art Project) elicited lively feedback and resonance – people approached us throughout the evening with questions and words of support.

 

Once again, the “revitalization” effect of the original artwork prevailed: the paintings by Lisnycha and Mitasov/Redko and the photo collage by Bratkov in their digital NFT clones, Twins, generated interest as outlined in the Fair concept.
