There is power in ancient texts. It is the power of people who sought power and found it. We know nothing about them. We can look at fragments of their art and read excerpts from their poems, piecing together an image from them.

Whatever we do, it will be a child’s game, a naive attempt to reach That life across the abyss of death and time. This is our journey into the past — not the historical past, but the energetic one, lost to those of today, restless and weak.

This is not an easy journey. We prepare for it, follow the movement of the stars and await signs of fate, finally finding a point in time and space from which we begin our path.
