The next significant event of 2015 for the gallery was the exhibition of Oleksandr Suprun entitled “Retrospective: Frames of the Past.” A prominent representative of the Kharkiv School of Photography and a member of the “Chas” creative group, Suprun is a laureate of honorary titles from the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP) and a member of the Union of Photographers of Ukraine.

The “Retrospective: Frames of the Past” project was a kind of author’s report that coincided with his 70th birthday and 50th anniversary of active creative work. The exhibition featured montage works created by combining several frames.

The exhibition consisted of two sections: “Retrospective” – the best photographic montage works created between 1974 and 1997, and “Frames of the Past” – from the archive of negatives from the 60s, 70s, and 80s.
